Aaron Hernandez has officially been charged with the first degree murder of Odin Lloyd in Massachusetts. He will be held without bail.
Hernandez had NFL scouts concerned with alleged gang activities of his associates when he dropped to the 4th round of the 2010 Draft.
He was released from the Patriots following his arrest, and now he will remain innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, although it seems the public has already convicted him based on circumstantial evidence.
This just further proves that not everyone respects the honor of being able to play in the NFL. Hernandez should not have even put himself in the position to even be charged in connection with this case. It is ashame that such a talented player threw away his life for this.
Now it is in the courts hands and I’m sure there will be plenty of coverage on this case.
